Can I mail in payments?
Yes, we also accept payment through physical checks but order will be fulfilled upon the successful processing of your transaction.
What if my physical check will get bounce or declined?
In case of check bounce, a NSF of $30 will be charged from you on next payment. That is why we always request our customer to have enough funds for the clearance of your payment check to avoid such cases.
What can I do if my credit card is declined?
Whenever the user Card information and billing address don’t match as per the banking records, payments get declined but you can always update your credit/debit card information while making purchase or you can choose different card as well to make the payment. At Infra IT Shop we accept all major credit/debit cards - VISA, MasterCard and Discover. All credit and debit cards are verified via payment gateway prior to processing order for shipment. We also accept Visa & Master gift cards for making the payments.
Payment Via Physical Check & Wire Transfer
If you are not willing to make payment using your card and you don’t feel comfortable in doing that then you can also have an option to make payment by sending physical check to us or via wire transfer. During your checkout, you can choose the appropriate payment method which you are willing to use. For Wire Transfers, you need to contact our sales department who will be assisting your regarding with this.

Please note We accept orders for PO Box shipping and please note that the timeframe for items to be processed and shipped through our warehouse for PO Box deliveries may be longer than regular postal delivery time estimates.
When my product will be shipped?
We usually ship your product within next 24 hours of placing order. However, product will be delivered within 5-7 business working days depending upon the billing address.
How can I track my order?
You can simply login into your account and can check your order shipment status from there. If there will be any delay occur due to any reason, we will inform you in prior by sending you an information email regarding with that.
What will be shipping charges?
Usually we charge flat shipping rate of $5 but if product required international delivery then custom charges and international delivery charges will be paid by customer separately depending upon the type of package. For more you can contact us for international shipping before placing an order.
Damaged/Lost shipment enquires
Please inspect the contents of your shipment and notify a customer care team member immediately if anything is missing. Customers have 48 hours from the date of receipt to report packages and merchandise that is damaged. Customers who have been waiting for their shipment longer than 5 business days (from the Date of INV) should call us immediately for assistance. If we don't hear from you, we assume that your order has been received and is intact. Further action on the same will be informed by the customer care team member on re-shipment of your order.
Infra IT Shop is not responsible for the cost shipments returned back from shipping company due to inability to deliver when address provided is incorrect or incomplete. Therefore, at the time of placing the order please provide, in addition to the correct address, any additional pertinent details such as building name/number and apartment/suite/unit numbers. Shipping fees will be charged again if customer requests order to be reshipped. This policy also applies to any returns/refunds due to the same situation.
If somehow you are not happy with the shipment or the products which you received,then don’t get panic you still have 30 days to return that product and we will offer you an full refund. Please remember for international deliveries, we will not be able to return delivery charges.
You can cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet. You will get the complete refund. If your order has been shipped, No need to worry we have a 30 day refund policy from the date of invoicing.
