Refund & Return Policy
All the order fulfilled by Infra IT Shop are returnable & refundable for upto 30 days. However time frame of refunding the amount paid could vary.

If the standard time-frame as we have mentioned above has already been passed and still you have not received the refund back into your account then please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information.
You can also request for the payment check if the Card which you used for making the payment is no longer valid or you have closed that bank account. Standard time to receive the payment check will be upto 5-7 business working days. Our billing team will coordinate with you at every step until and unless you won't receive the amount back into your account. If somehow we receive the payment failure notice from your issuer bank, we will send an information email and ask you to update info by calling our billing number.
For Refund of Cash on Delivery Method :
For all orders completed through Cash on Delivery as the payment method, refunds will be processed into your bank account via Electronic Funds Transfer. You will require to update the details of the bank account where you wish to receive the refund amount.
You will need to update following information to enable us to process a refund:
- Bank Account Number
- Routing Number
- Billing Address
Refunds will not be processed into any other or third-party accounts. The account name on your Infra IT Shop account should match with the name of the account holder in which you have requested to receive the amount.

General Returns Policy
The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold by
Infraitshop.com. In general, an item may be eligible for return within the
applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
Has missing parts or accessories
Is different from what was ordered
Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible)
Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product
detail page cannot be returned.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with
price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the
original manufacturer’s box/packaging as
delivered to you.
Some items may not be eligible for return if you "no
longer need it". If such an item delivered to you is not as described, or
was physically damaged at the time of delivery, please
contact us within the applicable return window for a free replacement.
Please note that once your gift card will be redeemed, no refund will be issued. When ever you purchase a gift card make sure that you won't share your code with anyone else to protect your account info.
